I felt like he was treating me like he would want his daughter treated during my move across the country. He went out of his way to check things out for me.

He understood our needs and patiently assisted us as we viewed endless houses that we passed on, and kept looking for us when offers we made weren’t accepted. We were first time home buyers and didn’t know much about the process. He talked us through the entire process and all of the terms specific to the industry. He fought for us and got the seller to give us credit at closing for repairs.

He traveled all over the triad showing us houses. He helped us navigate the offer process and all of our inspections. He was always cheerful and honest with us. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a real-estate agent.

When I advised my colleague that I had met with that realtor, she said "Oh no, I found someone better." She gave me Tom's information and we met shortly after I contacted him. As per Tom's advice, I needed to fix/update some things in my home in preparation of placing it on the market. As repairs/updates were being made, Tom remained in contact with me to make sure things were going as planned. I had not yet signed anything official with him; however, that did not stop him from checking on me. Mind you, the initial realtor I met with, never contacted me after our initial meeting. Tom's knowledge of the business, his professionalism, communication, and over-all outstanding service was greatly appreciated!!

Being First Time Home buyers, along with purchasing a home from out of State we were very concerned about the reality of finding a home that we loved but having Tom as our realtor made the process extremely smooth and we are now in a house we truly love! My Wife and I had the opportunity to connect with Tom while we were visiting Greensboro in October to check out the area for our upcoming move we had in December. com on a Sunday within an hour and although that property was under contract he put our requirements in his system for future listings. Just after we had a contract on our Florida house we were selling, Tom notified us of a listing in NC that met our needs so he showed us the house virtually by a walkthrough on his phone. We ended up putting a contract on the house and buying it. The first time we physically saw the house was right before closing.
